A grassy mound with a single ancient oak growing on its top grows out of the middle of a crossroad. The Northcats and Southcats come here at every full moon.

Men often come to the park, but that doesn't bother the outsiders much. There are plenty of things to do and eat here.

Row upon row of Man dens, tall or squat, sit side by side. Kittypets often wander about the gardens.

A huge Man den has been left to itself near the border of the City. The gardens stretch far, filled with trees and plants, surrounded by a rotting wooden fence. Inside the den, books age in an open-windowed library and stacks of cans collect dust in the kitchen. A four-poster bed sits in the basement. The stairs have collapsed, blocking off the upper part.
The door is open.

Stuck between two tall Man dens, an alley littered with boxes and trashcans serves as a home to the Northcats.

The Thunderstreet is the dividing line between the Northcats and Southcats. Cars often roll here, even late at night.

The Men have left this place to rot in the dust and filth of the years. The windows have been boarded up and the door is closed, but there is an air grate that opens up into the alley nearby.

A river runs through the Northcats' land. It is much too wide and strong to cross by swimming, but a bridge has been built over it by the Men.
The south-western bank has a sidewalk for the Men to walk on, but the north-eastern bank is much more wild and overgrown.

Somewhere in the Forest, a small space clear of trees and surrounded with ferns and brambles is what the Southcats call home.

The Forest surrounds the Southcats' clearing. Oak, beech, maple, all sorts of trees grow in it, and all sorts of prey do as well.

A wide staircase leads down into the ground, where strange, screeching monsters run back and forth on shining tracks. The place is always bonded with Men, but a cat can safely travel through the throng.

| -- the junkyard
Cars, beds and dressers, the junkyard holds everything that the Men of the City threw away. This is where the Howling creep back to to sleep, their private headquarters.

The cobbles on the Red Alley's floor are smeared red, a color strangely reminiscent of blood. Even the Howling are reluctant to come here.

A strip of tall, yellowed grass grows beyond the edge of the City, beginning just behind the junkyard home of the Howling. It is the only land that stands between the Men and the Sea.

A strip of startlingly white sand borders the cerulean waters of the Sea. Men sometimes come here, but there are shellfish a hunting cat can crack open for their soft meat.

Gray Island is a tall rock out in the ocean. If a cat can cross the heaving Sea, then it's the perfect vantage point from which to watch the City.
